Job Summary

We are hiring a Chartered Accountant with 5–8 years of experience in Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting to support private real estate investment funds. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in investment company accounting, fund operations, investor reporting, and financial reporting within the asset management, private equity, or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly and quarterly fund closing activities.
Prepare and review financial statements under US GAAP and/or IFRS Investment Company Accounting.
Prepare investor reports, capital call notices, and distribution notices.
Analyse fund financial data and operating metrics.
Coordinate with fund administrators on accounting and reporting.
Support external audits and tax reporting with Big 4 firms.
Work closely with global stakeholders across finance and operations.
Review fund expenses and ensure accurate accounting.
Support Anaplan model administration and process improvements.




Ensure robust financial controls and operational excellence.

Mandatory Skills
Chartered Accountant (CA).
5–8 years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting / Fund Finance / Financial Reporting.
Experience within Asset Management, Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, Investment Management, or Financial Services.
Robust knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS Investment Company Accounting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.
Experience with FIS Private Capital Suite (Investran) is mandatory.
