We are looking for a driven and proficient Senior Associate - Product Delivery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have responsibility for covering a business area, developing a deep understanding of the ESG solution, and working with clients/stakeholders in developing/implementing solutions using data that provide value to the business.

What we expect
Oversee client onboarding into a SaaS-based ESG solution, including kickoff, requirement gathering, configuration, and deployment.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Manage data migration, validation, dashboard configuration, and report setup.
Conduct internal user acceptance testing (UAT) before deployment.
Onboard and train users while providing ongoing implementation support.
Ensure project delivery within defined turnaround times.
Provide regular project status updates to clients and stakeholders through transparent communication.
Contribute to product enhancements based on client feedback and internal analysis.
Assist in issue resolution and continuous process improvements.




Support internal training programs and team development initiatives.
Assist the Customer Success team in handling post-go-live client queries.
Provide support to the Research & Product team as needed.
Support delivery activities and perform additional tasks as required.

What we need
Minimum 23 years of proven experience in Client/Stakeholder Management and Project Management, preferably in consulting or similar environments.
Knowledge of ESG, Supply Chain/Value Chain Management, and Enterprise Risk Management.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective decision-making abilities.
Solid negotiation and influencing skills.
