Job Summary:

As a Senior F&B; Captain , you will oversee multiple sections/outlets, manage a team of captains and associates, and ensure the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise captains, associates, and stewards across outlets.
Conduct daily briefings and allocate staff duties.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service team.
Handle VIP guests, events, and banquets with personalized service.
Train and mentor staff in service excellence and upselling.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
Assist management with scheduling and service audits.

Required Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong guest service and conflict resolution abilities.




Knowledge of menu planning, beverages, and fine dining standards.
Ability to manage large operations and events.

Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
46 years of F&B; experience with at least 2 years as Captain.
