Own end-to-end regulatory compliance for the project's SEZ and IFSCA obligations, and coordinate legal matters relevant to development, leasing and statutory approvals.
Strategic Responsibilities:
Define and maintain the project's SEZ/IFSCA compliance calendar and risk register.
Advise the Project Head on regulatory risk in development agreements, leasing structures and approvals strategy.
Liaise with the SEZ Development Commissioner's office, IFSCA and other statutory authorities at a senior level.
Operational Responsibilities:
Track and file statutory returns, approvals and renewals (SEZ, IFSCA, local authority) within timelines.
Coordinate with external legal counsel on contracts, title and litigation matters as required.
Maintain the compliance documentation repository for audit and due-diligence purposes.
