Hiring: Senior SAP Basis Administrator | 7–10 Years | Any Location

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Basis Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent prospect for SAP Basis professionals who have robust expertise in SAP landscape administration, database management, performance optimization, and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end SAP Basis administration across SAP landscapes.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize SAP system performance.

Administer Oracle 19c and SAP HANA databases, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance tuning.

Manage SAP upgrades, support package implementations, and SAP security notes.

Handle SAP Transport Management System (TMS), printer administration, and user/role administration.

Ensure high availability of SAP systems and resolve SAP & Database incidents within SLA.

Coordinate with SAP, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams for system changes and escalations.

Provide frontend support for SAP GUI-related issues.





Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation for critical production issues.

Own and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) environments, including failover testing and documentation.

Monitor AWS infrastructure, cloud security, and operational costs while addressing security findings.

Required

Skills

Strong experience in SAP Basis Administration.

Hands-on expertise with SAP HANA and Oracle 19c Database Administration.

Experience with SAP performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of SAP Transport Management System (TMS).

Experience implementing SAP support packages and security notes.

Solid understanding of SAP user and role administration.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.

Experience designing and managing Disaster Recovery solutions.

Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
