Role & responsibilities

Monitor and improve technical aspects like site speed, mobile

responsiveness, and crawlability.
Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase website authority.
Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly, user-focused

content.
Regularly update and maintain content to align with SEO trends.
Use analytics tools to track website performance and user behavior.
Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics and insights.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' SEO strategies.
Optimize the website for local search through business listings and reviews.
Conduct SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure

compliance.
Collaborate with web developers, content creators,



and marketing teams.
Communicate SEO strategies, updates, and results effectively.
Stay updated with industry changes, search engine algorithms and best

practices.

Preferred candidate profile
1+ years of SEO experience.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online

customer acquisition
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g.

Google

Analytics,

NetInsight, Omniture Web Trends).
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and

constraints
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Positive communication & interpersonal skills
