Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full time, hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across platforms to build brand awareness and engagement. The specialist will manage social media calendars, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with design and content teams, responding to audience interactions,



and supporting digital and performance marketing initiatives. The role also involves staying updated on platform trends, competitor activity, and best practices to continuously refine social media strategies.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.

Candidates should possess Digital Marketing and Marketing skills to align social media initiatives with broader campaign and business objectives.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for explicit messaging, collaboration with internal teams, and engaging with online communities.

Candidates should ideally have experience with analytics tools, social media scheduling platforms, and basic understanding of SEO and performance metrics.
