Job Title: Maintenance Technician (ITI)

Department: Maintenance

Location: Airport Road, Indore

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Manager

Job Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure smooth plant operations. The candidate should possess an ITI certification in a relevant trade and follow all safety standards while performing maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Diagnose faults and repair mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues.
Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
Replace defective parts and components as required.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Assist in installation and commissioning of current equipment.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain housekeeping in the maintenance area.





Qualifications
ITI Certificate in Electrician, Fitter, Mechanical, Electrical, or related trade.
1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
Fresh ITI candidates may also apply.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in shifts when required.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
Basic knowledge of PLCs, motors, pumps, compressors, and industrial equipment.

Working Conditions
Factory/Plant environment.
May require shift work, overtime, and emergency maintenance support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
