Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow eSparkBiz's presence across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should have robust English writing skills, hands-on LinkedIn organic experience, and the ability to create engaging content for a global B2B audience.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute social media strategy and monthly content calendar.
Manage LinkedIn as the primary B2B platform to engage global audiences.
Write original, engaging content across social media channels.
Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives, reels, and videos.
Repurpose blogs, case studies, and company updates into social-first content.
Schedule posts,



manage community engagement, and monitor brand reputation.
Track social media performance, prepare monthly reports, and optimize content based on insights.
Support paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta for lead generation and employer branding.

Requirements
2–4 years of social media marketing experience, preferably in the IT industry.
Robust LinkedIn organic marketing experience.
Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,977.49 - ₹45,774.34 per month
