We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Australian Tax to lead our taxation outsourcing division. This role involves managing client engagements, ensuring compliance with Australian tax regulations, and guiding a team to deliver accurate and timely outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee preparation and review of Australian tax returns (individuals, companies, trusts, SMSFs).
Ensure compliance with ATO requirements and deadlines.
Manage client relationships with professionalism and clarity.
Supervise and mentor tax staff, ensuring quality control and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance on complex tax matters.
Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills
CPA/CA qualified (or equivalent).
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Australian taxation.
Solid knowledge of ATO compliance, tax legislation, and SMSF rules.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.




Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.
Experience in outsourcing/offshore team management is an advantage.
