As a Team Lead & Senior Academic Counselor – Overseas Admission, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students and parents through the education journey. You will also lead and mentor a team of counselors, ensuring high performance and successful admissions outcomes. Key Responsibilities
· Build and manage a team of 5+ Academic Counselors by recruiting and onboarding effective team members.
· Train and coach the team on products, policies, and processes.
· Lead by example by making effective outbound calls to prospective students.
· Providing personalized counseling and convert leads to successful admissions.
· Oversee the end-to-end admission and documentation process.
· Drive the team to achieve admission targets.
· Stay updated and ensure the team is well-informed about university programs, admission criteria, and extracurricular offerings.
· Conduct and support business development initiatives to expand outreach.
Skills & Qualifications
· Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of any South Indian language is a plus.
· Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a target-driven workplace.
· Tech-savvy: Comfortable using MS Office tools.
· People Skills: Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
· Experience in Overseas Admission is mandatory.
Eligibility
Criteria
Must be available for a full-time, in office role in Gurgaon.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented setting.
Immediate joiners preferred (within 1 month).
Minimum 4 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
Working Days: 6 days a week
