Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a premium customer experience. This role includes supervising sales staff, managing schedules, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

Manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates stock replenishment, and implements retail loss prevention practices to protect assets. Day-to-day tasks also involve handling customer inquiries and appointments, resolving concerns, and building long-term client relationships.

and collaborates with leadership to meet revenue and service targets while upholding SAGE COUTURE’s brand values.

Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and clear Communication.
Experience in Store Management, including supervising staff, overseeing daily operations, and managing inventory in a retail workplace.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and safeguard merchandise.
Proven ability to work in luxury or fashion retail settings, with attention to detail and a focus on personalized client experiences.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site setting.
Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and store reporting tools; familiarity with MS Office or similar software.
Completed secondary education; a diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
Prior store management or senior sales experience in high-end fashion or bridal wear is preferred.
