Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sunroof System Design Engineer with proven experience in the design and development of sunroof systems for passenger vehicles. The ideal candidate should possess robust knowledge of sunroof mechanisms, homologation standards, and manufacturing processes, and be capable of driving engineering activities from concept to production.

Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years Education: B.E. in Mech/ Automotive / Production Joining: Early joiners preferred Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of sunroof systems including mechanical, sealing, and actuation components.
Ensure compliance with global homologation and safety regulations.
Collaborate with styling, body engineering, and manufacturing teams for system integration.
Create and validate CAD models, drawings, and BOMs.
Conduct design reviews, DFMEA, and support prototype development and testing.

Core Knowledge





Required - :Manual and motorized actuation system
sGuide rails, drive cables, and motor integratio
nGlass panel design and sealing system
sDrainage and water management system
sAnti-pinch and safety feature
sFamiliarity with NVH, thermal, and durability aspects of sunroof system
sExperience in homologation and regulatory compliance for sunroof system
sKnowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, stamping, and assembl yRequired Skills & Experience - :6–8 years of experience in automotive sunroof system design
.Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA V5 preferred)
.Robust understanding of vehicle integration and packaging constraints
.Valuable communication and documentation skills .
