2 year of bond contract with the company mandatory m erchandising activities, including trend analysis, product range planning, and coordination with buying houses and internal teams.

Responsibilities include selecting fabrics and trims, briefing design teams, finalizing collections, and ensuring that styles align with brand positioning and market demand. The role involves regular interaction with production, quality, and sales teams to meet delivery timelines and maintain margin targets. The merchandiser will analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend changes to assortments based on customer feedback and market trends.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi, with a compensation level up to 55k, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications
Solid communication skills for collaborating with designers, buyers, production teams,



and external partners.
Customer service and client management abilities to handle buying houses and retail clients professionally.
Sales and retail experience, preferably in high fashion or apparel, to understand store-level performance and consumer preferences.
Marketing knowledge to support brand positioning, visual merchandising, and promotion of collections.
Proven experience as a fashion merchandiser, ideally in a senior role and working with buying houses.
Understanding of fabric, trims, garment construction, and quality standards for high fashion products.
Strong analytical skills for trend forecasting, pricing, assortment planning, and performance reporting.
Ability to work on-site in Current Delhi and manage multiple collections and deadlines simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
