We bridge technical execution with financial and regulatory compliance, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and grid-integration standards across diverse terrains and state policies.

Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects—from site survey and BOQ finalization to testing, commissioning, and client handover.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance (IEC, IS, MNRE), and budget adherence.
Manage stakeholder communication—developers, contractors, discoms, and third-party inspectors—to resolve site issues and align on milestones.
Own project documentation: daily logs, progress reports, risk registers, safety audits, and client dashboards.
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory norms (OHSAS, ISO 14001, local permits) across all project phases.




Support project financial tracking—invoice validation, milestone billing, CAPEX control—and post-completion performance reporting.

Solar EPC project management
Site supervision & construction coordination
BOQ & tender documentation
IEC/IS standards compliance
Risk & safety management (OHSAS certified)
Stakeholder & vendor coordination
MNRE guidelines & state discom protocols
MS Project / Primavera P6 / Excel for scheduling

Preferred
Experience with rooftop or hybrid (solar + storage) projects
Knowledge of SCADA, plant performance monitoring tools
Working understanding of PVsyst or Helioscope for yield estimation
