Telecaller (Pharmaceutical Company)
Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
Promote Genip Pharma products and explain their key benefits.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Send product information, brochures, and promotional materials.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product details.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
Submit daily call reports and achieve assigned targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Experience: 1–3 years in a pharmaceutical company (Telecalling/Inside Sales/Sales Coordination preferred).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools is an advantage.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting with a professional attitude.
