Job Title: Legal & Compliance Secretary

Location: Faridabad

Experience: 3–8 Years

Role Summary: We are looking for a sharp Legal Secretary to manage

administrative tasks related to GST, Income Tax, and ongoing Court cases.

The candidate will ensure all legal filings and tax deadlines are met with % accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance: Maintain records of GST/Income Tax notices and coordinate with CAs for timely filings.

Litigation Support: Manage the legal calendar (Hearing Dates), track case statuses via CNR numbers, and coordinate with Advocates.

Documentation: Draft formal letters, proofread legal petitions, and maintain organized digital/physical files.

Portal Management: Download orders and track communications from GST and Income Tax e-filing portals.





Requirements:

Background: or LLB preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and English/Hindi drafting.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of GST/IT portals and legal terminology.

Traits: Robust organizational skills and high confidentiality.
