Team Coach – Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Coach – Sales to drive team performance, productivity, and sales effectiveness by coaching and mentoring a team of 12–20 Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telesales or BPO operations with proven experience in performance coaching, quality improvement, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
Coach and mentor sales representatives to achieve sales, conversion, and productivity targets.
Conduct live call monitoring, side-by-side coaching, and one-on-one feedback sessions.
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
Develop coaching plans for underperforming and high-potential team members.
Improve objection handling, product knowledge, pitch delivery, and closing skills.
Ensure compliance with sales processes and quality standards.
Partner with Training, QA, and Operations teams to improve team capability.
Maintain coaching trackers, dashboards, and performance reports.
Support process improvements, product updates,



and new business initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA is an advantage).
3–6 years of experience in BPO, Sales Operations, or Telesales.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Team Coach, SME, or Assistant Manager.
Proven track record of improving team performance through coaching.
Experience in US or International Sales processes is preferred.
