and Elevators for horizontal development projects (townships and high-end villa communities) across South India. The role sits within the Procurement function and requires solid technical understanding of MEP systems, BOQ development, OEM/vendor relationships, and commercial negotiation skills to ensure optimal contractor and material sourcing strategies.
Qualification: Bachelors degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline
