Responsibilities

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers,
ensuring efficient scheduling.
Provide feedback to candidates regarding their applications and interview statuses.

Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to represent the company.
Collaborate with the HR team to refine hiring processes and improve candidate experience.
