Job Title: Sales Executive / Telesales Executive (Inbound) : Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and website. Generate and qualify leads using online platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, Google. Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products and services.

Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication, presentation, and negotiation. Build and maintain robust customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize sales prospects.

Maintain and update customer information, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth order processing. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead conversion targets.

Prepare daily sales reports and track lead status and conversion rates. Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities.
