Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Tiruvallur.

The Travel

Consultant will manage travel arrangements for employees and stakeholders, including booking flights, trains, hotels, and local transportation in line with company policies and budgets. The role involves preparing itineraries, handling reservations and changes, and ensuring smooth travel experiences. The consultant will respond to travel-related inquiries, provide guidance on travel options, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records of travel plans and costs.





Collaboration with internal teams and vendors is expected to optimize travel efficiency and support business operations.

Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise on options and oversee end-to-end travel planning.

Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to coordinate bookings, modify schedules, and manage confirmations.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to address traveler needs, resolve issues, and provide timely support.

Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Proficiency with travel booking tools, office productivity software, and basic reporting.

Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Prior experience in corporate or agency travel coordination is preferred; familiarity with Indian domestic travel networks is an advantage.

Relevant diploma or degree in travel, hospitality, business, or a related field is beneficial.
