Sales Lead — Shutter Cloud (Pune, in office) Shutter Cloud builds guest photo sharing for photographers. A photographer shoots a wedding, and every guest gets their own photos found by face, no app, no manual searching. We are a small, funded, quick-moving team in Pune. We are looking for the person who will own how we sell it.

What you will do Talk to photographers who have signed up for a free trial — understand their business, show them what the product does, and help them decide Run live demos over video call and WhatsApp Reach out to photographers who have not heard of us yet Help write the playbook the next salesperson will learn from You will fit if You have 2–4 years selling to small businesses or consumers — not enterprise You are fluent in Hindi and Marathi, comfortable in English You follow up without being reminded Compensation: Upto ₹25,000 fixed + performance-linked per bonus. Performance component is fully transparent and paid monthly against published targets.

What we will not do: ask you to lie about the product, ask you to discount to hit a number, or hide how your incentive is calculated.
