We are looking for a Director, Talent Partner – India to join our Global Talent team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Talent and serving on the India Leadership Team, you will be the senior Talent Partner supporting the India organization.

You will lead and develop the India-based members of the Global Talent team, including Talent Partners, Talent Specialists, and Recruiting, with responsibility for their day-to-day priorities and delivery. Together, the team supports talent acquisition, manager enablement, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Working closely with the Senior Director, Global Talent, leaders, and global Centers of Excellence, you will translate Model N’s global Talent strategy into effective execution in India and bring India insights into broader company discussions. This is a highly team-oriented leadership role requiring a robust on-site presence, sound judgment, and an enterprise mindset.

Job Responsibilities
Serve as the senior Talent Partner and trusted advisor to the India Leadership Team, connecting India’s business and talent priorities to Model N’s broader company strategy.




Lead and develop the India-based members of the Global Talent team, providing explicit day-to-day direction, accountability, coaching, and support.
Partner with the Senior Director, Global Talent to establish India priorities and execute Model N’s global Talent strategy and operating model.
Advise and coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, succession, organizational effectiveness, growth, and change.
Lead India’s delivery of global talent programs, including performance management, talent reviews, manager enablement, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.
Use talent insights and business data to strengthen organizational performance, identify risks, and inform broader Talent priorities.
Partner across the global Talent and People organizations to deliver a consistent, scalable, and outstanding employee experience.
Maintain close alignment with the Senior Director, Global Talent on priorities, resources, decisions, and emerging organizational needs.
