Advise senior client stakeholders on strategic and operational priorities across clinical development and medical affairs, translating complex business challenges into practical transformation roadmaps.
Shape and deliver programmes that improve organisational effectiveness, process efficiency, stakeholder alignment, decision-making and functional performance across global, regional and GCC-based teams.
Develop and grow trusted relationships with client leaders in clinical, medical, R&D; operations, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, digital and shared services settings.
Drive business development through chance identification, solution shaping, proposal development, commercial discussions and account expansion.
Build distinctive market propositions, reusable assets and thought leadership that position PwC credibly in the clinical and medical affairs services space.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable outcomes, combining strategic insight with disciplined programme execution.
