Voice Process Executive

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally.
Manage multiple projects and client requirements efficiently.
Communicate effectively with customers and clients.
Provide qualified customer support and resolve queries.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain daily work reports, call logs, and activity records.
Learn and adapt to various business operations within the company.
Continuously improve communication, client handling, and management skills.

Requirements
Basic English communication and computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
