We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Trainee to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates. The candidate will support daily accounting activities, documentation, and coordination with site teams.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
Assist in recording daily accounting entries in Focus / Tally
Support processing of Purchase Bills, Subcontractor Bills, and Vendor Payments
Assist in handling Labour Wages, Staff Salaries, and Petty Cash transactions
Record Bank Payments, Receipts, and basic Journal Entries
Maintain Vendor and Subcontractor ledgers
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Assist in preparing data for GST input and TDS deductions
Support audit requirements by maintaining accurate supporting documents
Assist in monthly closing activities and reconciliations
Site Coordination & Follow-ups
Coordinate with site teams for bill submissions and approvals
Follow up on advance settlements, wage sheets, and expense documentation
Track pending invoices, payments, and maintain status reports
Reporting Support
Prepare basic MIS reports related to entries and pending tasks
Assist senior accountants in financial reporting and data analysis
