Job Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Search and screen candidate profiles as per business requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
Communicate job prospects to prospective candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving hiring targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate / MBA HR Preferred.
Fresher to 6 months of recruitment experience.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook.
Immediate joiners preferred.
