Role & responsibilities
Guest Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate dine-in or takeaway orders, and upsell menu items.
Kitchen Support: Assist with food and beverage prep, assemble orders according to brand standards, and process bills.
Store Operations: Set up the dining/takeaway area before opening, handle stock and inventory, and complete daily cleanups.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 10th standard pass.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; 0 to 6 months of food and beverage or retail experience is a plus.
Shifts: Comfortable working 9-hour rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Skills: Basic communication skills, positive attitude, and adherence to hygiene standards.
