Roles & Responsibilities Sales Associate (Varaa Shree Jewels Pvt. Ltd.)
Warmly welcome and attend to customers, creating a positive and memorable shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and preferences, and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery products.
Present and demonstrate products effectively to influence customer buying decisions and achieve sales closure.
Develop robust product knowledge including gold, diamond, and other jewellery categories to confidently guide customers.
Follow company sales procedures, policies, and ethical standards at all times.
Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professionalism as per company guidelines.
Support senior sales staff and management in daily operations and contribute to continuous improvement in store performance.
Assist customers with after-sales services such as product returns, exchanges,



and repair coordination.
Prepare accurate product estimates, weight calculations, and pricing details during the sales process.
Work towards achieving category-wise sales targets and actively contribute to increasing overall store profitability.
Learn and assist in billing procedures and ensure smooth transaction handling.
Stay updated on latest jewellery trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to enhance customer engagement.
Take initiative in learning recent skills and continuously upgrading product and sales knowledge.
