Role & responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Understand students' learning goals and recommend suitable German language programs.
Explain course structure, fees, batches, certification, and career prospects.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and referrals.
Convert enquiries into enrollments while achieving monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM.
Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for smooth onboarding.
Build long-term relationships with students and provide excellent pre-admission support.
Preferred Experience
Experience in language institutes, overseas education, training institutes, or EdTech.
Knowledge of German language courses or international education is an added advantage (not mandatory).
