Day-to-day work includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing Workday finance solutions, and supporting financial planning, accounting, and reporting processes within the platform.

Qualifications Workday Certified consultant only Expertise in P2P,OTC,R2R.

Candidates should possess solid Finance and Accounting skills to support core financial operations and system configuration.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Financial Planning capabilities to interpret data, build reports, and enable informed decision-making.

Candidates should possess Consulting experience, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering,



and solution design within Workday or similar ERP platforms.

Candidates should possess familiarity with Workday Financials (such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Assets, and Financial Reporting) or equivalent cloud finance systems.

Candidates should possess robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into transparent guidance for non-technical stakeholders.

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; professional certifications in finance or ERP tools are an advantage.

Candidates should possess an aptitude for problem-solving, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving processes and user experience.
