Responsible for End to End recruitment.
Evaluating and understanding the client's requirements. Screening out and scrutinizing the resumes.
Identifying candidates via Job Boards, Social Networking Sites, Referrals, Head Hunting, Market
Mapping and through your own professional networks.
Sourcing and Screening candidates, Conducting interviews to identify best candidates to fit client needs
Working directly with Client Account Managers and Business Development Head to understand the requirement and present qualified candidates and coordinate, scheduling of interviews.
Scheduling interviews of applicants based on client requirements
Provide feedback to both candidates and clients regarding interviews, and facilitate communication during offer stage.




Negotiate with candidates in order to identify compensation level that is fair and competitive to both parties.
Mapping, headhunting, candidate screening, offer negotiation etc.
Maintaining database and daily report of candidates screened, submitted and selected for immediate and future requirements.
Keeping continuous follow-up with the selected candidates till the date of joining
Solid relationship building and interpersonal skills with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and with a team in a rapid-paced and high-volume setting with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
