We are having an urgent opening for the position of Sales Coordinator for a reputed company in Manufacturing Industry at Mumbai (Andheri East) Location.
Job Description
To attend to customers calls
Check & send correspondences
Send quotations
Follow-up for orders
Maintain all customer data in ERP /CRM like contact details
Orders received
Customer communications etc. Coordination between clients and production as and when required for dispatches or sometimes service issues. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Making calls to clients for product information
Database management
Key Skills: Convincing Power, English Communication
