Job Description: Role: Regional Manager
Work Location: Delhi / Guwahati
Salary Pay Band: Rs.400,000/- to Rs.700,000/- per annum Language: Bengali - Read, write and spoke fluency is mandatory. Qualification and Work Experience:
Excellent communication and engaging skills with impeccable command/fluency in Bengali Language (Natives from rural parts of Bengal State will be preferred).
A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Law/Economics/Statistics/Mass Communication/Science/Social Sciences/Social Work etc.
Preferred Master’s degree in any of the abovementioned disciplines.
2+ years of post-qualification experience in Primary Research, Data Analysis, Operations, Workforce Management, Sales and Business Development roles will be considered preferentially.




A decent knowledge of computers especially MS-Excel.

Manage data collection, compilation and analysis.
