Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school and ensure the effective delivery of academic programs.
Develop and implement a vision for academic excellence, based on best practices and current educational trends
Create and maintain a positive and supportive school culture that promotes learning and student achievement
Manage the school's budget, resources, and personnel, including hiring, evaluating, and mentoring staff
Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to establish academic goals and implement strategies to achieve them

Represent the school in local and regional education forums and committees

Requirements
A master's degree in education or a related field
Bachlor's in Education Degree
A minimum of 5 years of successful experience as a school principal or in a similar leadership role.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong cultural values and ethics towards commitment to the organization.
A deep commitment to student achievement and educational excellence
The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, families, and community partners
