RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating Governance & Policy documentation.
Capturing, analyzing and documenting business process
Participating in the designing of solutions or change interventions
Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication
Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
Assisting in the implementation of solutions
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Min 5 years of experience
PowerPoint & Excel experience.
Operating model creation experience.
Stakeholder management
Agile delivery hands-on experience
Banking domain knowledge
ESG knowledge is desired but not a requisite
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to cooperate with a variety of people (across DAO and DBS) to achieve results
Proactive with positive organizational skills and planning
