Position: Project Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Project Management / Operations
Reports to: Director of Operations / Senior Management

Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
Manage risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.




Ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement.
Use project management tools to track deliverables and performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (PMP certification is a plus).
3–7 years of proven experience in project management.
Robust understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
