Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager at TalentHivePro's client location in Chennai will oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role includes managing food service standards, supervising staff, coordinating menus with kitchen teams, and maintaining hygiene and safety compliance. The manager will handle customer service issues, respond to guest feedback, and ensure a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities also include staff training and development,



monitoring inventory and procurement, scheduling shifts, and controlling budgets to meet revenue and cost targets. The role involves working closely with management to implement operational improvements, support marketing initiatives, and maintain consistent brand and service standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations management.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and complaint resolution.
Candidates should possess Training skills, including the ability to coach, mentor, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Candidates should possess Budgeting skills, including cost control, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
Relevant experience in hotel, restaurant, or large-scale F&B; management is highly beneficial.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills are required.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, in a quick-paced hospitality workplace.
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
