Sales & Marketing Engineer

Location: Vadodara

Job Type: Full time
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head of Department
(Male Only)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Promote technical products and solutions to customers and prospects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
Manage client inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product developments.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits.




Maintain CRM systems and generate regular sales reports.
Support marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or related field).
1–3 years of experience in technical sales or marketing (freshers with solid potential may be considered).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
