Job description:

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end customer delivery, implementation, onboarding, and support.
Lead ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live and stabilization.
Manage customer communication, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate Development, QA, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct requirement analysis, process mapping, and scope validation.
Track project timelines, risks, resources, and delivery milestones.
Ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and successful project outcomes.
Maintain delivery reports, support status, and operational visibility for management.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in ERP implementation, software delivery, or project management.
Solid understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
Experience managing customer implementations and multiple projects simultaneously.
Robust team leadership, communication,



and escalation management skills.
Ability to bridge business requirements and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software companies.
Manufacturing domain knowledge preferred.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
