Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site execution activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Execute RCC, masonry, finishing, plumbing, and external development works.
Conduct quantity verification, material reconciliation, and site measurements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.
Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain construction quality.
Resolve technical and execution-related issues at the site.
Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely availability.




Maintain site documentation, work records, and measurement books.
Support project planning and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer.
Experience in residential, villa, plotted development, or real estate construction projects.
Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
