Job Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections for bank property valuation.
Take accurate site measurements of buildings and land.
Verify property dimensions with approved plans and site conditions.
Prepare detailed site inspection reports.
Create AutoCAD drawings based on field measurements.
Prepare floor plans, site plans, and building sketches.
Document structural and architectural details.
Capture site photographs and maintain inspection records.
Coordinate with banks, valuers, and property owners.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of valuation reports.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. Civil Engineering / B.Arch
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Knowledge of building measurements and drafting
Familiarity with bank valuation documentation is preferred
Willingness to travel for site inspections
Positive communication and report-writing skills
Freshers with solid AutoCAD skills may also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
