Greet customers, inspect accident-damaged vehicles, and understand their repair requirements.
Prepare repair estimates, explain the scope of work, and obtain customer approval before repairs.
Coordinate with the Bodyshop, Insurance, and Parts departments to ensure timely repair completion.
Keep customers informed about repair progress, delivery schedules, and any additional work required.
Ensure accurate job card preparation, insurance documentation, billing, and vehicle handover.
Conduct final quality checks before delivery and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Achieve bodyshop service targets, maintain excellent customer relationships, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
