Welcome/assist patients, schedule appointments and maintain patient records
Handle incoming/outgoing calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries
Respond to patient inquiries regarding treatments, appointments and pricing
Follow up with leads and clients for consultations and treatment reminders
Assist in promoting clinic services special offers and collect patient reviews
Support social media posting, marketing campaigns and generation of leads
Manage billing, receipts, coordinate cleaning and basic administrative tasks
Prior experience in clinic, hospital, salon, spa, or customer service preferred
