Job Responsibilities
Oversee all testing procedures for food, agrochemicals, herbal extracts, soil & water and fertilizers.
Validate and standardize recent test methods and instruments.
Implement and maintain Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
Keep up to date with regulatory changes and implement necessary updates in lab procedures.
Supervise and mentor lab analysts, technicians, and chemists.
Conduct training programs on new methodologies, safety, and quality assurance.
Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and enforce adherence.
Develop and validate new test methods for chemical, microbiological, and pesticide residue analysis.
Support & provide technical guidance to research team, customers on test requirements and regulatory compliance.

Competency
Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, FSSAI,



APEDA, BIS, FAO guidelines.
Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (GC-MS, LC-MS, HPLC, ICP-OES, Spectrophotometry, etc.).
Experience in method development and validation.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in setting up a recent lab & expanding lab capabilities
Capability to lead team, train and educate.
Skill in investigating and addressing customer complaints and quality claims.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
