Job Summary :-We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:-
Identify and generate new business leads through Upwork
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct market research to identify current opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Required skills & Qualification :-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
