Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve business goals.
Plan, create, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to maximize ROI.
Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, provide campaign updates, and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams including designers, content writers, and developers to execute marketing initiatives.
Create content strategies and oversee content writing for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and ad copies.
Possess a positive understanding of graphic design principles to effectively guide the creative team and review marketing creatives.
Manage marketing activities for e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.




Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients for successful project execution.

Required Skills
Solid team management and leadership abilities.
Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Experience in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
Excellent content writing and copywriting knowledge.
Understanding of graphic design concepts and creative review.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Solid client communication and relationship management skills.
Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
