We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter/HR Executive with 1 year of experience to support the day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and maintaining employee records. The candidate should possess good communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a energetic work workplace.
Role & responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Maintain employee files and HR records
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Coordinate with the HR team for onboarding and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
Basic knowledge of recruitment
Positive communication Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
1 year of experience in Human Resources.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
