Qualification
MBA in Hospitality Management (Preferred)
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management may also be considered.

Experience
1–2 years of teaching or industry experience in Hospitality, Front Office, or Housekeeping.
Fresh candidates with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities
Deliver classroom sessions in Hospitality Management, with a focus on Front Office and Housekeeping.
Conduct classes from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM as per the academic timetable.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and study materials.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical sessions.

Student Mentoring
Mentor and guide students regarding academics, grooming, attendance, and career development.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and provide regular feedback.
Track student progress and support placement readiness.

Administrative Responsibilities
Coordinate and assign faculty classes as per the academic schedule.
Monitor student attendance and follow up with absent students through phone calls.
Maintain academic records, attendance reports, and daily activity reports.




Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth classroom operations.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the management.
Support admission counselling, orientation programmes, and institutional events whenever required.
Perform additional academic and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
Positive mentoring and counselling abilities.
Robust organizational and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a team.
